We offer three flexible membership tiers so you can choose the level that best fits your goals, lifestyle, and skincare needs.
Your Funds, Your Choice
Every dollar you add to your membership account is yours. Use your balance on any product or service we offer—whenever you’d like. Your funds never expire.
Payment at Time of Service
To keep things simple and transparent, all balances must be paid in full at the time of your purchase or service. We aren’t able to defer payment while waiting on future deposits.
Membership Commitment
Memberships require a minimum 6-month commitment. During this time, cancellations aren’t available. After your initial 6 months, your membership will automatically renew unless you choose to opt out. You’re welcome to cancel any time after the first 6 months.
Declined Payments
If a membership payment is declined and not resolved within one week, your membership will be cancelled. Please note that cancelled memberships may not be eligible for re-enrollment in the future.
Refund Policy
Membership funds are non-refundable. If you move or prefer not to continue with in-person services, we’re always happy to ship products to you so you can enjoy your remaining balance.
Cancelled Memberships with Remaining Balance
Membership discounts are available only while your membership is active. If your membership ends and you still have a balance, you can continue to use your funds—but without the associated membership discounts.
